Changing systems is not enough
Why? To relearn the behavior towards shared responsibility
Shared responsibility is essential to successful change. Shifting into a new formal structure is in many ways the easy part. The real work comes when we have to relearn how to relate on personal and interpersonal levels. We coach those who had the structural power to learn how to distribute it and unlearn their top-down tendencies towards others. And equipping everyone else to use that new power and make the smart decisions.
