I guide changes in organizations. I do this by moving together to achieve something new. That begins with a lot of talking, watching and most importantly listening. My favorite topic is therefore: Reflect on-the-go.

How I humanize work?

My starting point is reflection on the strengths, challenges and needs of people. From an organizational, team and personal point of view. By analyzing what happens from execution to strategy (and vice versa), we ensure that everyone understands what is needed for change to happen.

Humanizing work in Change means that everyone has a valuable voice. Listening, reflecting and facilitating a good conversation is central. This ensures that what you want and what you do, are in line with each other. As a change manager I facilitate reflect on-the-go, because every change process is a dynamic one.
