In our world of doers and hard-working entrepreneurs, it is very necessary to sometimes stop running and look at where we are and especially where we want to go. Our company has grown very fast over the years and was fully managed and driven by our very experienced shareholders/entrepreneurs, full of passion and loaded with knowledge and experience. Each and every one of them is a class leader from their part of the events and experience industry. 360 Experience Group is a multi-label brand, where our customers are surprised with memorable event and entertainment experiences that still give them goosebumps years later. With our various labels we can serve our international customers from design and conceiving the experience to realization. Live, digital or hybrid, small or large, corporate or consumer – with us you can go in any direction and nothing is too crazy for us.

Dream big, act quickly

In this exciting and dynamic world, being creative in all areas, continuously thinking in solutions and continually exceeding expectations is the order of the day. That is why, just like with many SMEs, day-to-day business is central and the engine is always running at full speed. But if you stop for a moment and look under the hood of everyone, you will see deeper dreams and challenges in everyone. For the shareholders, these are not always the same and so this can cause noise. What are our strategic objectives, where do we want to go with our group and what role do we see for ourselves in this? These are specific questions we have asked ourselves. Exciting, but absolutely necessary. Efficient, professional and fast as we are, we really wanted to get started with this. But at a high pace and with experts because it quickly became clear that this would be the best solution. But where can you find a party that has these qualities and matches our drive?

Collaboration with The Rookie Minds

After an introduction through our network with The Rookie Minds, there was an immediate click and they quickly found their way into our needs and especially our speed. Without becoming long-winded or vague, they gradually forced the shareholders to express dreams and make choices. Using the Gallup Strengthsfinder methodology, each of us completed an assessment in which your strengths, energy givers and energy drainers were defined. We discussed this with each other under the guidance of The Rookie Minds. We have gotten to know each other better and can work together better. The strength of The Rookie Minds for us was that we quickly went from high-level, mission – vision – strategic objectives that we all supported – to concrete objectives and action points. It was very clear what kind of company we are and that we had a huge need for this (rapid) realization. That made the process successful and, above all, pleasant for us.

The Rookie Minds also guided us through the much-needed follow-up process, which we really needed. Concretely converting our self-formulated strategic objectives into action points with associated responsibilities and planning using the Rockefeller Habits methodology. In addition, a new board has been set up and the rest of the organization is also involved in the entire process, so that there is immediately good support for all the objectives and action points that we ultimately defined together. Now that this is in place, we have found an excellent division to work on the objectives, but also maintain our speed, passion and flexibility. That feels very good and gives us a lot of energy to pursue our dreams and achieve goals at full speed. The Rookie Minds really helped us with this. They were exactly what we needed at that moment and spoke the right language. The right party at the right time in the right way!!
